This will be a similar 1 to 1 session but with a smaller group.

This will be based on improving rugby performance. We look at developing all areas required to become a great rugby player such as Strength, Speed, Power, Fitness & Skills.


The sessions will be looking at tackle technique, handling & passing skills, contact area in a more depth area and more game related in comparison to a 1 to 1 as there are more players to create more live scenarios.

Sessions last 60 minutes


Each session will be located at Wattstown RFC.


Prior to the session, there will be a Consent Form & Covid Symptom Check to fill in which will be sent by email.
