COLE SWANNACK (24 YEARS OLD -

PROFESSIONAL RUGBY PLAYER)

An elite athlete with a range of experience in a successful sporting background; playing up to professional level for Wales 7s - representing them on the World Series, Commonwealth Games & World Cup.  I’ve travelled the world playing rugby in many different countries and have worked with top coaches for the last 10 years - Giving me the valuable experience to share my knowledge with the future talent coming through.

 

I’ve participated in many sports competing at national standards in Athletics and becoming Welsh Champion at my event. Therefore, I have experience & able to transfer speed, power & change of direction to the playing field.

Throughout my playing career I’ve gained an interest in the academic side of things in order to develop me as an individual. I’ve earned a Sport Exercise Science degree at Hartpury University, while gaining qualifications in Personal Training (Level 3), Sports Massage (Level 3) and Gym Instructing (Level 2).
