This is a block of 5 - Gym 1 to 1's looking to introduce you to a gym environment and educate you on how to train effectively in relation to your goals. You will develop self confidence and increase motivation to achieve your goals. We will look to build strong foundations in key compound lifts teaching you the correct technique with coaching tips along the way. You will receive further guidance around nutrition, recovery and developing a stronger mindset that will help you achieve your goals.

 

These sessions will be based in Lyons Den Gym (CF72 9HG).

 

Cost of gym entry will be included in the price.
