This is aimed for those that struggle with motivation and experience in a gym environment. You will develop self-confidence, determination within yourself while gaining knowledge on how to train correctly in a gym environment.
These sessions will be specific to your goals, building strong foundations in key compound lifts.
You will gain further knowledge around nutrition, recovery & develop a strong mindset towards your goals.
Online Coaching
Swan Fitness Online Coaching is designed to offer a training solution for whatever your goals, set up or training experience.
These programs can be individualised to your training goals, so no matter whether you’re looking to get strong, lose/gain weight or improve sport performance, we’ll create a plan that will allow you to achieve your goals through guidance & regular feedback.
We offer group coaching programs for those that struggle with accountability and structure to their training, giving them sustainability and everything, they require to achieve their goals.
