This will be a block of 5 1 to 1 session based on improving rugby performance. We look at developing all areas required to become a great rugby player such as Strength, Speed, Power, Fitness & Skills.


The sessions will vary and sometimes be specific to your position for example a Fly Half will look at technical work of kicking out of hand or goal kicking. Or they could fairly broad looking at tackle technique, handling & passing skills, contact area etc.

Sessions last 60 minutes


Each session will be located at Wattstown RFC.


Prior to the session, there will be a Consent Form & Covid Symptom Check to fill in which will be sent by email.
