A program built on developing physical elements during the season. The aim is to build strength, speed & power to make sure you’re continuing to develop on the field. We will structure your sessions in & around your games, making sure you’re firing going into the games.
You will follow a daily/weekly schedule that will be directly focused on developing rugby performance.
You will perform rugby specific movements and learn on how to train as a professional rugby player.
We have a huge emphasis on injury prevention & recovery, making sure you learn & educate on how to maintain your body in peak conditions.
