Service Description

Welcome to the booking form for Swan Fitness Rugby Camps! Please fill out the information below to book on your child on to as many days as you'd like. The camps run from 9am - 12pm. Registration starts at 8:45 and last collections are to be by 12:15 Children will need the following; - Water Bottle & Packed Lunch - Weather Appropiate Clothing - Contact Equipment (Gum Shield, Shoulder Pads etc) - Rugby Boots Make sure each form is complete before attending - Booking Form + Media Consent Form
